Terms of Service
Version 2026-10-29 · in effect since October 28, 2026
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between Airmecanx LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us" and "our"), and the business that uses the 2oozy service to create, publish and host its website. "2oozy" is the name of the service we provide; where these Terms say that 2oozy does something, we do it. "You" and "your" mean the business you act for, and you personally as the person who accepts these Terms for it.
By creating an account, claiming a website, paying for a plan or approving a website for publication, you accept these Terms. Please read them with the documents they include by reference:
- Subscription, Billing, Cancellation and Refund Terms
- Privacy Policy
- Acceptable Use Policy
- Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaint Policy
- Customer Data Processing Terms
- Data Retention and Deletion Policy
- Support, Complaints and Contact
- Cookie and Tracking Disclosure
- Policy Updates and Change Notification
If these Terms conflict with one of those documents, these Terms control, except that the Subscription Terms control on billing and the Customer Data Processing Terms control on visitor inquiry data.
Important: Section 25 says that disputes are decided by a judge in Florida courts, not a jury, and only on an individual basis, not in a class action. Please read it.
1. Scope: customer websites only
These Terms cover customer websites: websites that 2oozy builds, publishes or hosts for a business, whether the business builds the website itself, claims a preview as its own, or authorizes 2oozy staff to create it for the business. They do not cover websites that 2oozy operates for itself, such as its own marketing website and demonstration websites that show what the service can do. Those are not customer websites and cannot be claimed or bought under these Terms.
2. Eligibility and authority
You may use 2oozy only for business purposes. 2oozy is not offered for personal, family or household use. By using 2oozy you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old;
- you are using 2oozy for a business, and you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that business and to bind it;
- you own the business named in the website, or you are authorized by its owner to act for it, including to claim, approve and publish a website in its name.
Anyone can start a private preview of a website for a business. Starting a preview does not give anyone rights in that business's name or identity. Only the business, or someone it has authorized, may claim, pay for, approve or publish a website for it. If we believe a person is not authorized to act for a business, we may refuse or reverse a claim, withhold publication, or take a website offline. If you claim or publish a website for a business you are not authorized to represent, you are responsible for the consequences, including under Section 22.
3. Your account and sign-in
You sign in with a one-time code that we send to your email address or, once you set one, with a password. Keep your password confidential and don't use it on other services. If you choose "Keep me signed in on this device", you stay signed in on that device for up to 90 days after your last visit; don't choose it on a shared or public device. Anyone who can read your email, knows your password or uses one of your signed-in devices can get into your account and publish changes to your website, so you are responsible for keeping all three secure. Tell us promptly at support@2oozy.com if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
When you claim a website, we check that you control the email address you give us. If that address is not one provided for that website during the build, a person at 2oozy may review the claim before the website becomes yours. We may ask for more information to confirm your identity or your authority.
You must give accurate account information and keep your email address current. You are responsible for activity in your account. You may invite other people from your business only where the service offers it, and you are responsible for what they do.
4. The service
2oozy lets a business create a website with the help of AI and have it hosted by us. The service works like this. Some steps, such as payment and publication, are available only when we offer them to you.
- Build. You answer questions about your business at the build page. We use AI to plan and write a website from your answers.
- Private preview. You see the website privately. A preview is not published, is marked so that search engines should not index it, and is reachable only through a private link that expires.
- Revisions. You can ask for changes in plain words. A person at 2oozy makes them, with AI help, and you review the result. Where the dashboard offers it, you can also edit parts of your website yourself.
- Claim. You claim the website by confirming your email address.
- Plan and payment. You choose a plan and pay through Stripe. Prices, renewal and cancellation are in the Subscription Terms.
- Exact-version approval. Before anything is published, you review the specific version of your website, confirm any business claims we could not verify, and give the attestation described in Section 6. We publish only the version you approved.
- Publication and hosting. We publish the approved version and host it while your plan is active.
- Changes after publication. You can ask us for changes, which go live only after you review and approve the updated version. Where the dashboard offers it, you can also edit parts of your website yourself and publish them, as described in Section 6.
- Support. You can reach us as described in Support, Complaints and Contact.
Done-for-You. If you choose Done-for-You, a person at 2oozy finishes your website from a brief you confirm, as described in Section 12 of the Subscription Terms. The steps above, including exact-version approval before publication, still apply. Content our staff write or arrange is part of the version you approve, and Sections 5 and 6 apply to it.
We may refuse to build, revise, claim or publish a website, in whole or in part, where we reasonably believe it would break these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy or the law, or would expose 2oozy, you or others to harm.
5. AI-generated content
2oozy uses artificial intelligence to plan, write and check website content. You understand and agree that:
- AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions or statements that are out of date or that do not fit your business. It is a draft for you to review, not professional, legal or regulatory advice.
- You must review every version of your website before you approve or publish it. You are responsible for the content you approve, including every factual claim about your business.
- The service is designed not to invent facts about your business. It must never be used to create or publish fabricated reviews, testimonials, ratings, review counts, customer numbers, licenses, certifications, insurance, bonding, guarantees, awards, rankings or years in business. You may publish such a claim only if it is true and you are entitled to make it. Where we could not verify a claim, you must confirm it individually before publication.
- Testimonials and reviews may appear only if they come from real customers, you supply them, and you are allowed to use them.
- We may remove, rewrite or refuse any content, including content you supply or confirm, that we reasonably believe is false, misleading, unlawful or harmful, or that we cannot support from the information you gave us.
- Similar businesses may receive similar AI-generated wording. We do not promise that generated content is unique.
- We do not promise that generated content, or any design, image or text, is free of third-party rights. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you supply, approve or publish, and our copyright process does not decide whether content infringes.
6. Approval and attestation
Before publication, you must approve the exact version to be published and confirm the attestation shown in the dashboard at that time. The current attestation states that you are the owner of the business or authorized to act for it; that you have reviewed that exact version; that the business information and claims you supplied or confirmed are accurate; that you have permission to use the content and images you provided; that you understand AI helped write the wording; and that you approve that version for publication.
We record your name, your role, the wording you agreed to, the version you approved and the time. That record is evidence of your approval. You are responsible for every claim you approve, whether you wrote it, supplied it, confirmed it or accepted it from an AI-generated draft.
One-tap publishing. Where the dashboard offers it, you may give a standing consent that lets you publish your own later updates, including restoring an earlier version, without repeating the attestation each time. Your standing consent gives the confirmations in the attestation above for every update you publish under it. Updates you publish yourself are checked automatically but are not reviewed by a person at 2oozy before they go live. Each publication is recorded with your name, your role, the consent wording and version, the exact version published and the time, and counts as your approval of that version under these Terms. We tell you by email and in your dashboard when updates are published this way; one message may cover several updates published close together. You can turn one-tap publishing off at any time in your dashboard. It also stops if we change its wording, until you consent again.
7. Your content and ownership
Customer Content means the information, text, photos, logos, trademarks and other material you or your business provide to 2oozy, and the visitor inquiries received through your website.
You own your Customer Content. You give 2oozy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, for as long as needed to provide the service and to keep the records described in our Data Retention and Deletion Policy, to host, store, copy, display, adapt, format, transmit and process your Customer Content, and to use it to generate, revise, check and publish your website. This includes sending it to our service providers for those purposes. We do not use your Customer Content to advertise 2oozy, and we do not show your website as an example of our work, unless you agree separately.
Generated output. When you have paid all fees due for a website, 2oozy assigns to you whatever rights 2oozy holds in the text and other output generated specifically for your website (the "Output"). We do not promise that the Output is protected by copyright, because content generated by AI may not be. You remain responsible for any claims made in the Output that you approve.
What 2oozy keeps. 2oozy and its licensors keep all rights in the 2oozy service, software, templates, layouts, design system, components, styles, prompts, models, workflows, documentation and anything else that is not Customer Content or Output, including improvements to them. While your plan is active, you may display your website as hosted by 2oozy. You do not receive any right to copy or reuse 2oozy's templates or design system apart from your website. Our trademarks may not be used without our permission.
Feedback. If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.
8. Your responsibilities and representations
You represent and agree that:
- the information you give us is true, accurate and not misleading, and you will correct it if it changes;
- you have all rights, licenses and permissions needed for the Customer Content, including permission from anyone shown in photos and from owners of trademarks or logos you supply;
- your business holds every license, registration, certification and insurance that your website claims or that the law requires for the services it offers;
- your website and your business practices comply with the laws that apply to you, including advertising, consumer protection, professional licensing, accessibility and privacy laws;
- you will respond to visitor inquiries and handle the personal information in them lawfully, including any rules on calls, text messages and email marketing that apply to your follow-up; 2oozy does not contact your visitors for you;
- you are responsible for the wording of buttons you write and for every web address you link to, and you will link only to pages that you operate or are authorized to direct customers to, and that are lawful and safe;
- you will not use 2oozy in breach of the Acceptable Use Policy.
If your business is in a regulated field, such as healthcare, legal, financial, insurance or contracting services, you are responsible for making sure your website meets the rules for that field. 2oozy does not review websites for professional or regulatory compliance.
9. Website hosting
Hosted address. Your website is served at an address on 2zy.site, for example yourbusiness.2zy.site. 2zy.site and every address on it belong to 2oozy. We assign the address and may change it if needed, for example to resolve a conflict or a complaint, with reasonable notice where practical. You do not acquire any right in the address, and it ends when your hosting ends.
Content standards. Your website must meet these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy for as long as it is online.
Visitor inquiries. Your website has a contact form and may have a quote form. Inquiries are delivered to you by email and in your dashboard, and 2oozy stores them for you. We do not promise that every inquiry will be delivered, for example if a visitor's message is blocked by abuse protection or an email provider fails. Check your dashboard regularly. Inquiries and the customer relationships they lead to belong to your business. 2oozy does not sell, rent, auction or otherwise make them available to any other business, and does not contact your visitors or customers for its own purposes. How we handle inquiry data is set out in the Customer Data Processing Terms.
Suspension rights. We may take a website offline, in whole or in part, or disable its forms, if:
- payment is not received, as described in the Subscription Terms;
- we reasonably believe the website or its use breaks these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy or the law;
- we receive a credible complaint, legal demand or notice of infringement;
- the person who claimed the website appears not to be authorized to act for the business; or
- it is needed to protect the service, our other customers or the public, for example during a security incident.
Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. We may act without prior notice where there is a legal requirement, a risk of harm, or an urgent security issue.
When hosting ends. When hosting ends, your website is taken offline. Visitors see a page saying it does not exist, and its forms stop accepting inquiries. Offline does not mean deleted. What we keep and for how long is described in the Data Retention and Deletion Policy. You may ask us for a copy of your Customer Content as described there.
10. Domains and custom domains
Your website always has an address on 2zy.site. You may also connect one domain name you already own (a "custom domain"), such as yourbusiness.com, to each website. On the Foundation plan this is included at no extra charge. You connect, switch on and disconnect it yourself on the Web address page of your dashboard. When you connect a custom domain:
- you must be the registrant of the domain, or authorized by the registrant, and you remain responsible for it;
- the domain stays yours, with your registrar and your DNS provider. 2oozy does not register, buy, renew or transfer domains for you, and it is your responsibility to renew your domain and pay your registrar;
- you are responsible for your domain's DNS settings. We show you the records to add to prove you control the domain and to direct it to your website. We never change your DNS records, nameservers or email settings ourselves; making those changes at your provider is your decision, and directing your domain to your website replaces any other website that was shown at that domain;
- your website appears at your custom domain only after we have confirmed that you control it, that it points to your website and that a secure (HTTPS) certificate is in place, and after you switch it on. Switching a domain on does not publish your website: publication still follows your approval as described in Section 6;
- once your custom domain is switched on, your 2zy.site address sends visitors to it;
- we check from time to time that the domain still points to your website and is still verified. If it does not, we may stop showing your website at that domain, and your 2zy.site address keeps working. We may disconnect the domain if its verification is missing for 14 days, if it is not verified within 30 days of being connected, if your hosting ends, or if we receive a credible dispute about who controls it. We will tell you in your dashboard when your domain stops being shown or is disconnected. If a connection is released, another business that proves control of the domain may connect it;
- you can disconnect your custom domain at any time. When it is disconnected, or when your hosting ends, your website stops appearing at that domain, and you should remove the records we asked you to add;
- whether a custom domain is included in a plan, and any price for it, may change for future periods as described in Section 1 of the Subscription Terms;
- DNS changes can take time to spread and can affect other services that use your domain, such as email. Before changing DNS, check with your DNS provider, and change only the records we show you. We are not responsible for downtime, email disruption, loss of a previous website, delays in certificate issuance, changes in search visibility, or another party connecting a domain after your connection was released, except where caused by our breach of these Terms.
11. Service availability and maintenance
We work to keep 2oozy and hosted websites available, but we do not guarantee any level of uptime or availability unless we state it in writing as part of a plan. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, outages of our providers, or events outside our control. We will try to schedule planned maintenance to limit disruption. We do not promise any search engine ranking, number of visitors or number of inquiries.
12. Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
13. Copyright and intellectual property complaints
We respond to notices of claimed infringement under our Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaint Policy, including by removing material and terminating accounts of repeat infringers.
14. Electronic communications
You agree to receive communications from us electronically, including by email to your account address and through notices in your dashboard. You agree that these Terms, notices, receipts, disclosures and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any requirement that they be in writing, and that your electronic acceptance (for example ticking a box or clicking a button) is your signature, under the federal E-SIGN Act and Florida's Uniform Electronic Transaction Act. You may download or print any document we provide. You may withdraw this consent by closing your account, but we cannot provide the service without it.
We send you transactional and service emails, such as sign-in codes, inquiry notifications, billing and payment notices, notices about your website, and legal or policy notices. You cannot opt out of these while you have an account. We will not send you marketing email unless you have separately agreed to receive it, and any marketing email will include a way to unsubscribe.
15. Fees and payment
Fees, renewal, cancellation, failed payments, refunds and price changes are governed by the Subscription Terms. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for the fees you agree to, including recurring charges until you cancel.
16. Changes to the service
We continually improve 2oozy. We may add, change or remove features, plans, templates, AI functionality, AI and other service providers, integrations and policies, and we may set prices for future purchases and new plans. If a change materially reduces the core service you have paid for during a paid period, we will tell you in advance where practical, and you may cancel as described in the Subscription Terms. Future plans, such as Enhanced or Advanced plans, are not offered and have no price unless and until we show them with a price.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms and the documents they include. When changes take effect and how we tell you about them is set out in Policy Updates and Change Notification, which forms part of these Terms. In summary:
- a new version takes effect when we publish it, unless it shows a later effective date;
- if a change meaningfully reduces your rights or increases your obligations, we tell you by email and in your dashboard no later than when it takes effect, and you may cancel before your next renewal; the previous version then applies to you until the end of the period you have paid for, and continuing to use the service after our notice means you accept the new version;
- where we ask you to accept a change in the app, you must accept it to keep using paid features that depend on it;
- changes to Section 25 never apply to a dispute that is already pending or that arose before the change.
Every version of these Terms is kept, and our records show which version you accepted.
18. Suspension and termination
By you. You may cancel your plan at any time as described in the Subscription Terms. You may also ask us to close your account and delete your data as described in the Data Retention and Deletion Policy.
By us. We may suspend or terminate your account, your plan or any website:
- if you materially breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy and, where the breach can be fixed, do not fix it within 10 days after we tell you;
- immediately, if the breach involves illegal activity, fraud, impersonation, deceptive claims, infringement, a security risk or a risk of harm to others;
- if payment fails as described in the Subscription Terms;
- if required by law or by a provider we rely on; or
- for any other reason, by giving you at least 30 days' notice. In that case we will refund any fees you prepaid for hosting after the termination date.
Effect. When your plan or account ends, your right to use the service ends and your website goes offline. Sections 5, 7 (except the license to host, which ends when hosting ends, other than for retained records), 8 and 19 to 32 continue to apply, along with any unpaid fees.
19. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2oozy and hosted websites are provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete or lawful for your business, that inquiries will be delivered, that your website will rank in search results, attract visitors or produce business, or that a custom domain will connect, stay connected or work without interruption. We do not promise that your website meets any particular accessibility standard or law, although we design our templates with accessibility in mind. Some laws do not allow these exclusions, so some of them may not apply to you.
20. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- 2oozy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data, even if we were told they were possible;
- 2oozy's total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will not exceed the fees you paid to 2oozy in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for our fraud or intentional misconduct. They apply whatever the legal theory, and even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose. They reflect the price of the service and are an essential part of our agreement.
21. Third-party services
The service relies on providers, such as Stripe for payments and Cloudflare for bot protection, and works with services you choose, such as your domain registrar and email provider. Your use of them may also be governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for services we do not control, but we choose our own service providers with care and remain responsible to you for the service as set out in these Terms.
22. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless 2oozy and its owners, officers, employees and contractors from and against third-party claims, and related losses, damages, fines, penalties, costs and reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from:
- your Customer Content, and the claims about your business in any website version you approved;
- your business, your products and services, and your dealings with your customers and website visitors, including your handling of inquiries and your follow-up calls, texts and emails;
- a claim, approval or publication made for a business you were not authorized to represent; or
- your breach of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy or the law.
We will tell you promptly about any claim, let you control the defense (but you may not settle a claim that imposes an obligation on us without our consent), and cooperate reasonably at your expense. We may take part with our own counsel at our own cost.
23. Notices
We send notices to the email address on your account and, where suitable, in your dashboard. A notice is given when sent. Send legal notices to us at support@2oozy.com with "Legal notice" in the subject line, and by mail to Airmecanx LLC, 2637 E Atlantic Blvd. #1307, Pompano Beach, FL 33062. Copyright notices go to the designated agent named in the Copyright Policy.
24. Governing law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
25. Disputes: courts, jury waiver and class waiver
Talk to us first. Before filing a claim, please contact us at support@2oozy.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. See Support, Complaints and Contact for our escalation process.
Courts and venue. Any dispute that is not resolved informally must be brought only in the state courts located in Broward County, Florida, or the United States District Court whose district includes that county. You and 2oozy consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection to venue there. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in a small claims court with jurisdiction, and either party may seek urgent injunctive relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
Jury waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and 2oozy each knowingly and voluntarily waive any right to a trial by jury in any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service.
Class action waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and 2oozy may bring claims against each other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated or representative action. A court may not consolidate claims of more than one customer without the consent of both parties.
Changes. A change to this Section 25 does not apply to any dispute that is pending or that arose before the change takes effect.
26. Export and sanctions
You may not use the service in violation of United States export control or sanctions laws, or if you are located in, or acting for a person in, a country or on a list subject to United States sanctions.
27. Entire agreement
These Terms, with the documents they include by reference and the details shown to you at checkout, are the entire agreement between you and 2oozy about the service. They replace any prior agreements or statements on the same subject. Terms in any purchase order or other document you send us do not apply.
28. Severability and no waiver
If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the rest of the Terms will remain in effect. If we do not enforce a right or provision, that is not a waiver of it.
29. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent, including to a new owner of your business. We may assign these Terms, with notice to you, to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of all or part of our business or assets. These Terms bind and benefit the parties' permitted successors and assigns.
30. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for a delay or failure to perform, other than a payment obligation, caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, labor disputes, internet or power failures, attacks on our systems, or failures of hosting, payment, email or AI providers.
31. Relationship and general terms
The parties are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship. There are no third-party beneficiaries. Headings are for convenience only. "Including" means "including without limitation".
32. Contact and legal identity
